Dining at Norden moves with the day and the light. Breakfast is served in a spacious Tibetan timber hall, its high beams and open hearth creating a warm welcome. Lunch takes place in the open-air lunch gardens, shaded by yak-hair tent awnings and surrounded by the vast plateau landscape. Evenings gather in the Black Tent, an intimate space for lingering over conversation and flavour.

Norden’s menu is rooted in Tibetan fine dining, prepared with seasonal ingredients from the plateau and presented with care, offering a refined taste of the land and its traditions.
